In theory, this had been a WIP for over 2 years, mainly because I've been working on it on and off every few months or so. (Along with so many other WIPs...)
Anyways, I really like Rei's personality and tried to capture that. I am pretty pleased with the pic minus the hair. I pretty much screwed up on that from the beginning.

the hair is really nice, and so is the coloring. and i like her expression. and don't worry, the feet aren't that bad. at least you have hands; hands are hard!
